Sir, I oredred a mobile phone from the site mulyashop.com on jan 1, 2014. They even didnt send any confirmation mail or sms. After one day they called and said that they are dispatching the product but today it is 13 jan 2014 and I have not received my product. I called them many times and said to return my money Rs 4098 but they are not returning my money also. After calling again and again they shipped my product on 9th but on wrong address of delhi and today the product is again returned to their office. I am sending you the tracking link from courier service (http://track.delhivery.com/p/104810049921) and the invoice which they provided to me.
I want my money back and I have spent hundreds of rupees on them in calling them again and again and the other compensation for there poor service.
