Respected sir i had ordered one lenovo a536 mobile phone online through this site (mulyashop) on 30/11/14 ,10:05 am for rs 6222 through ICICI payment gateway. after one also the product was not delivered then i called the customer care and enquirer about this ,they told me the product is dispatched and it will deliver within two days. After two days i call them again then the told me they didn’t have this product in stock then i told them to cancel the order .They canceled the order but till date i didn’t received my money back.When i called the costumer care there was no response and today the site is disappeared from online. so sir please help me.This is for your kind information and necessary action please.
