I booked a round trip ticket from Delhi to Srinagar on 22/06/2015 on Musafir.com for INR. 8,809 with a booking reference number M-KFCZ and after 5 minutes of my booking i cancelled it through the same website portal. After my cancellation the refund message of amount INR.8,466 popped up on their website. I called them up to confirm the same but to my surprise, the executive informed me that this was an error message on the website and my refund amount would be INR 5,509.Even after all this happened the company’s executive couldn’t estimate the correct refund amount. An amount of INR 5,992 is being shown on their website and they have sent me a mail showing my refund amount as INR 5,510.

I want INR 30000 as damages as loss towards my working hours and compensation towards the mental torture I faced.
