I have registered my number in DND.
I keep getting calls from HDFC bank for credit cards. I mailed there customer support for informing them that my number is in DND list.
In response they told me that my number is not in “their” DNC list so I must go and register there.
I am pasting the mail below

Subject: Unwanted calls for Credit Cards
Hi,
I have been receiving calls from the Credit Card department to take credit cards.
My number is in Do Not Disturb List but I am still getting these calls
So
1. Please stop calling me for credit cards, in case I want them I’ll call HDFC
2. From where did HDFC credit card department got my number? I have never applied for a credit card of HDFC.
