My RO is not working properly and it takes 3-4 hours in storing water, after complaining many time no Representative comes from company. Each time i complain they assure me some one will come to attain but no on has come till date. After consulting with other it is found that Membrane of machine is dysfunction. My machine has warranty period of 01 Year and purchased on 24 April 2013 therefore i request to you please redress my complain as early as possible.

At the time of installation of machine body was also damaged by their representative and assure me to replace the same but didn’t till date.
