I have purchased pre owned Maruti Suzuki 800 car Model 2007 from MYCAR True value shop, Bhopal dated 08-08-2012 of Rs 1,19,000.00 but till date I havnt got the full ownership on the same as i cant re-sell it because the first owner has an objection that this car is transferred in my name without his permission and presence and has any dispute with the MYCAR Pvt. Ltd. regarding some car exchange issue.

I want the my full right or authority/ownership on the product which i have purchased from MYCAR True value shop (MYCAR Pvt. Ltd.) as i paid all dues to them. Also i need the power to re-sell the same product to any third party because i am the owner of the same.
