Myntra – product it was defective not accepting there fault

I have purchased a Sports sandal from myntra. When i got the product it was defective. I complained about it to the myntra people with the pics of the defective item on 16th. They gave me a complaint no. and promised to resolve the complaint by 18th. But they didnt they took 10 days and regularly kept me telling that no response from the brand. By that time as i was in need of the product i used it. Now they are saying that just becoz i have used it they will not give any kind of return to me and not accepting there fault that the took too much of time to respond on my complaint. I want the return of tha product and also the 100s of rupees that i have spend on calling them every day. Regards Shashank
