This is to inform you that i ordered a puma jacket from myntra order no 21664154 .but i had some problem with fitting so i requested for a return.my return id is 2667231.my estimated pick up was 29th oct but i received no pick up from them.i called them they told me to wait for a week.even after a week i received no pickup.then i registered a complain with them they told me that they have registered a complain but sent me no mail or sms regarding the complain no.even now after about 12 days i am waiting for a pickup.

i humbly request you to get a pickup arranged and after a genuine quality check my amount refunded.
