Very disappointed with Myntra. Called the customer care and escalated the issue but nobody is taking the concern seriously. I agree that I should have reached out to Myntra support within 5 working days from the time they dropped me an email with the signature attached(which according to myntra is a proof that the items were delivered). I have been travelling due to work from past a week, and hence could not see the email. I would want to escalate this further, as ideally, I should have received a call from Myntra before closing my case. Just 2 days of delay in reaching out to them has brought me a loss of around 1500 rupees. I have been using Myntra since 6 years and have had a similar complaint raised in the past for the undelivered items shown as delivered in the portal. My complaint was resolved in a very professional way, the last time. I am looking forward for the same professionalism shown by them in the past. Kindly get in touch with the delivery/courier service who claim to deliver the item to my house in my absence and do the investigation. Also, the signature shared in the email is not mine. Its a fake one. Anybody can make that out. Ordered 3 items alltogether, out of which received just 1. Other 2 items with below details are claimed to be delivered but I did not receive the item.
