I had purchased N500 handset on 23-9-2012. It developed problem in second week of September, 2013. 1) Panvel care centre rejected to repair in warranty saying the invoice does not have TIN number, though it is printed on the invoice.2) Vashi care centre told us that online warranty is expired and they need to take approval for it. They did not accept the hand set for repair that day.3) I leterallt forced dealer to take the handset to Care centre for repair on 2-9-2013. They handed over the mobile to care centre on 8-9-2013. Vashi care centre did not prepare even job sheet for it for more than a month. Meantime online complaint with Nokia portal did not generate any positive feedback but they keep sending representative mails.4) On 19-11-2013 Vashi care centre told me that mobile can not be repaired and they will give replacement. For this i gave them two option a)L620 as replacement along with visible action against culprit or b)L625 as replacement and to recover additional amount from the culprits. For giving these two option was that i shall be compensated for the troubles i had gone through and Nokia will ensure not to commit such mistakes again. They opted for first choice. 5)their delivery boy came with used second hand used mobile which i immediately communicated that i will not accept it. They sent me the mail that this is the only handset they will give as replacement. 6) On 26-12-2013 I send them a notice for return of money and compensation, they rang me up to give me box pack L620. Since i feel cheated at every step right from purchasing, I rejected the offer and asked for return of money along with compensation of Rs30000/- plus Rs5000/- as legal charges. Since this has emotional component which i can not mention here, and I could not purchase new handset since they told me every time that your job is done on priority. How nokia care for their customers is the time taken for just preparing job sheet( nearly two months) from the first visit to them
