Naaptol bachat bazaar – Non compliance to the promised services by ecommerce organisation

I ordered a Sonilex Multimedia Speaker With MMC + USB Slot + FM + LED Torch + Remote on 10/ july/2013. The order no. to the corresponding order is 6749271. But I received a different cheap product by the same order no. on July 17, 2013. When I addressed this issue to one of the naaptol representative, they asked me to call BLUEDART courier services for retrieval of the parcel.As per their instruction I called the courier services for the retrieval of the parcel but they refuse to do so and inform me to ask the naaptol.com representative to send a mail to the courier services for retrieval of the parcel. As per the instruction of the BLUEDART courier services I asked the Naaptol representative to send them a mail requesting for retrieval of the parcel. On 19/july/2013 I received a call from BLUEDART courier services informing that one of their representatives will pick the parcel from my home in Lucknow but no one came to my place for retrieving the parcel. When I contacted them again in this regard, I was provided with the phone number of the concerned representative which was 05222239565 and when I tried to call him up on this number he deliberately hung up the phone every time which has irritated me extremely. Meanwhile, Whenever I am Communicating with the naaptol representatives they always come up with a new procedure for retrieval of the parcel and a new excuse whenever I ask them for the product I ordered.

I have suffered enough. I have paid 600Rs for the product which I never received, All I want is my money back now.They can take away their cheap silly product they gave me instead of the one which I ordered in first place.
