On 17th of January, 2014, I placed an order for 2 Masala Dosas of which one was served fresh and the other was just served reheated. When i asked for replacement of it with a freshly cooked one, they denied providing me with one. And I was left with no other option than to place another order with them to get a new freshly prepared Masala Dosa.

Better service and freshly prepared food.
