I had purchase D&Y Set of 8 Double Bed Sheets with 16 Pillow Covers-HF293 as order ID 6787088 on dated 18. 07 .2013. I had received the product on 19.07.2013 But product quality is very poor even stitching of pillow & bed sheet is not proper this is lie under manufacturing defect hence I had written a mail @support@naaptol.com for the same on 20.07.2013 and asked for refund. I get reply from NAAPTOL and demanded snap of defects. I had reply the mail with required snap on 22.07.2013. I had receive another mail from merchant (NAAPTOL) ask to return the product. I have returned the product on 22.07.2013 by currier. (Blue Dart Express Ltd. Way, Bill No. 13942437736). The confirmation of receiving of the same done by merchant over phone by message. But I am still waiting refund of my money. I have written mail on regular basis but neither reply my mail nor refund my money.
