I am Following since 1 month for reverse pick up of product as i have received default product, but every 3rd day from last 1 month i get reply that they will pick in 48 hours but when will this 48 hours end is a big question mark.

want action to be taken against them so next time they dnt harrass people any more. and refund the amunt back to me
