Last 14th. December, I brought a Videocon VT85C Calling Tablet (White) from naaptol with 1 year warenty, I receive the tab intime but unfortunately there is a softwar problem with the tab. I going to videocon service center for resolve this problem, they solve my problem but I dont get my warenty in lack of proper bill with IMEI No. I contact with naaptol 1st. Time on 27th. December, they told me that, ‘ YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR BILL WITH IMEI NO. WITHIN 24 TO 48 HOUR TO YOUR E MAIL ID, labanyaputra@yahoo.co.in ‘ But they not send any mail with IMEI No. There after so many time (2-3 time per day) I call them but thay can not resolve my problem tillnow.
