I have purchased Zync Z930 Tablet on 15th Jaunary, 2013 by paying Rs. 4898/- through NAAPTOL online. I received and soon after some days use the screen got defective and I complained to Naaptol and Zync both in February, 2013. Zync intimated me that I have to deposit the tablet with their Nasik representataive. I did the same, until then I am following up with Zync but neither material nor my money I received from them. I got frustated with Zync by making several emai conversations.

The said zync z930 tablet is having one year warranty. Within one month after purchase it has got defective. There is a product quality deficit.

I want Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousands only) as compensation. Now I am not willing to take the defective brand product again.
