Dear Sir, I bought a new HCL ME V1 tab from NAPTOL. I chose cash on delivery mode and made payment on 22-04-2013. But the invoice provided by NAPTOL is not proper. It does not contain following things- 1)Date of purchase 2)IMEI number of TAB(911251100557898) 3)HCL serial number(313STD031442) I also called many a times to naaptol in this regard. I have also lodged my complaint through their complaint grevience system. But the complaint is still unresolved.
I want a proper bill & some compensastion for mental pain.
