Dear Sir, Yesterday on dated 17.5.13 i have seen a deal on naaptol site where they write 87% off on Karbonn A34 HD Dual Sim Calling Tablet (Black) for Rs.999/- free shipping on that time i never miss the chance and immediately pay the Rs.999/- from my net banking site.After some i have receive a conformation sms and email for the order ID 6486807 where they not mentioned any advance payment. After the payment i made a call to customer care and ask about the same product they said the payment of Rs.999/- is the pre booking voucher which will be redeemed by you on the time of delivery.This mean if product cost Rs.7000/- you will pay remaining payment i.e. Rs.6001/-.On today when i see the ad again on website they add a new line of ‘(Pre Booking Voucher)’and erase the 87% off.So, i need a legal action against that site under cyber crime and want a compensation for harassment.

Here i’m not in position to pay any balance amount for Karbonn Tablet and i all ready told to my family member and friends for the cheap tablet. Sir my mental condition is not good now compensation from Naaptol with immediate effect.

Sir i want the tablet not paying any other amount because they brake the rule of cyber law and i will complaint the matter to cyber crime if they not deliver my tablet which cost Rs.999/-. Thanking you
