Nagrik Stores – Lamp broken refuse replacement

I have purchased shandelier from Nagrik Stores, he send his delivery boy who has no knowledge of fitting it, the lamp is delicate and requires professional person to fix each part so that it is not damaged, we were not told of this absence of services before, we had to fix it on our own by calling our electrician, while fitting parts we found one piece was broken in the box, we went to the stores asking for replacement, now he denies to give it to us, neither he is giving replacement, the work of after sales which should have been done by him was put on us, initially in shop at the counter while making final payment they were saying we will have to pay extra for bulbs which ranges from 50- 500 and more, only when we resisted and insisted strongly for not telling us before hand we were saved from that dispute. Appreciate if you speak to the shop owner and request him to close the matter prior taking lead into the case, else will have no option but to file a case against him for cheating in services

we need the shopkeeper gives us the replacement or our money back for cheating us in providing the desired services. If requires supporting can be provided, I am airline staff who lands in India only for 48 hours and have to go back to my base Doha for my services, this harassment created to me has disturbed and wants prompt justice from your end.
