I had placed an order for a completely round frame in dark colored lenses (Popularly known as the ‘Gandhi Frame’) at Nath Opticians, Chaura Rasta, Jaipur branch on the 27th of September, 2014 at 1:30 P.M. The total cost occurred was Rs 1400/- and I was asked for the entire amount in advance and cash which I immediately paid. The delivery was promised on the 27th itself by late evening. The issue is that I haven’t received the delivery of the product till date and now the company is not even taking my calls. I have tried contacting them several times over. Last week when I called up on Friday morning, I was assured of the delivery in a few hours but it did not happen. I am still waiting for a response from the company and now I wish to have my money back as I don’t trust this company for the quality of goods that they are likely to deliver. There is absolutely no response from their end.

I wish to have my full refund delivered at my residence at the earliest, as I can’t trust the company now. Considering the poor response and poor service that has so far been offered, I can’t trust them for anything , any further.
