Explaining the issue (Cheating, & Harassments):— 1. IHO team (Team Head – satish kulkarni, ph – 7208428603 ) called me to provide 50% payback & other facilities in my village area in Odisha (A/P- Panchagan, Tigiria-754030) 2. Assured me if any discrepancy happens total money will be refund within 1 month. 3. Sold me two Packages of Rs 1990.00 each (Total Rs.3980.00) in the name of my all Siblings & parents. 4. I received calls for welcome kits & cards & asked my address. When I provided my address of my Village; the representative told me the services are not available there. 5. Then I asked her to cancel this & refund my money. 6. Send them several mails & call them several times, but no use. 7. Then I received SMS stating the welcome kits are being dispatched on my Mumbai address (Despite of my disagreement, during their welcome call) 8. And after so many follow ups, I received from their escalation department & the representative called me & told me they are going to pay me back only 50% of the amount what I had paid to them as they have already sent me the welcome kits. 9. And the most harassment is happening when I am getting minimum 5 calls a day from their Mumbai Call centre daily, to sell me their new cards & services.

I need my money back & not to get any phone calls on my both the numbers ( 9320335xxx & 9167710xxx)
