National Insurance Company – Hospitalization Claim Not Settled

With so much and daily follow up with Mr Atul (Assistant Manager – CRM-Business Development Paramount Health Services (TPA) Pvt. Ltd.) they are not responding on my Pre/post hospitalization claim. From the 19th October i constantly chasing them for the claim. But they did not given me a suitable answer,.

On dated 22nd October on of their colleague Mr. Manoj informed me that packet is found in some other dept. ( they dept contain the packet of closed policy issue)
On 17 November Mr.Atul come with answer saying the they haven’t received the packet.
My first mail regading this was On 25th October i have sent them mail of scan copy my claim documents, but they never given me a suitable answer…
Also they haven’t given me an alternate option how i can get the claim if the packet is lost containing the original document….

Please help me.
