Dear Sir/Madam,

On 23/02/13 there had been fire at our Factory due to short circuit in our control panel and transformer. We had claimed to our Insurer M/s. NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY immediately and submit the required documents to their surveyor. We have still not received our claim amount and on follow up we are informed that the complaint is still in process. We are really failed to understand what kind of the process is following up by them. It has been more than 3 months and still we are due with any reply from their end.

We wish your authority should get intervene in it and arrange for the claim amount as the policy covers damage from fire. If you require any other documents/information from our please get back to us immediately.
