We are writing to let you know few pending payment issues that we have from last few years from NIC
1. Sept.2014 and May/June 2016 Incentive still due approx 1.5 lacs, to clear this amount Mr. O.P. Gupta (Sr. DM DO Satna (M.P.) is demanding 40% bribe.

2.Not providing payment details commission statement(Voucher) /policy wise details and incentive calculation for Sept 2017, commission approx Rs. 35000/- and Incentive approx Rs. 25000/-

We will be sharing all the supporting documents and email to CMD on this email id complaintbox.in@gmail.com.

I am currently travelling abroad from Oct. 2017 to 01 July 2018.
Request you to please help me in clearing my payments.
