I have submitted an application for surrender of rural postal insurance in my name with policy no R-WB-SG-EA-90586 at Namchi Post Office in the month of January 2014,the file was processed to Gangtok Head Office of Post. I recieved a letter on 8th May 2014 asking for original passbook and reciepts of premium paid by me.Infact I submitted original passbook & policy deed at Namchi post office at the time of submission of surrender application.I have been asked to submitted a letter of consent to recieve less amount between Rs.5700/- to Rs.12000/-,which I have already sent through speed post.
