For the kind attention : Pro. K.V Thomas Sir,as you are aware that NSEL has not paid the payment against the contracts to all the investors. My submission is that while ensuring the payment to all the investors under the supervision of your ministry, please ensure to give priority to small investors like me. With just 10% of the total payment(Rs.500/600 cr) more than 60% of the small investors (8000/13000) shall be paid in one go. As your govt. take care of the public in general and small investors in particular, I request you to do the needful. Regards

Please ensure that the national spot exchange ltd pays to the small investors on priority basis under the supervision of your ministry. With this move, small 60% of the small investors like me shall get their hard earned money back with just 10% of the total payment payable by the NSEL exchange. Small investors like me cannot afford to fight legally with the big exchange. Hope, you will take up the matter of small investors in particular in the parliament as well as the exchange. Regards
