I have ordered a mobile and paided them 24290 rs on 18th December,2013 [order no :3002900065].I was initially told it would be delivered on 24th December via fedex. [in bangalore] Fedex online tracking number showed no details after 21st December 2013. I had waited till 27th december and called fedex to know status of delivery. they told me that shipment has some liquid and it cannot be delivered. they have also told me that they are returning product back to “ïndiatimes”. i called indiatimes about the same and they asked them to refund my money if they cannot ship the product. Despite me calling them every other day the never gave proper response and concerned case manager never called me. I have asked Indiatimes customer care to connect me to a higher management which they never did. I got a call from fedex on 2nd january,2014 stating that shipment was returned back. However, today[4th jan,2014] I see fedex site updating status as delivered and location as Bangalore[manipulated]. I say manipulated because their site shows out on fedex vehicle at 12:08 Pm ,3/1/2014,New delhi and deliverd at 5:08 Pm, 3/1/2014,Bangalore. we can clearly get from fedex update that this update was manipulated. It was updated as received by Manish dixit [which is not me Mahesh Immadisetty]. I suspect Manish to be a indiatimes employee in Delhi]. I strongly suspect Indiatimes and their courier partner are trying to do a fraud. I logged a compliant in fedex site for the status they have updated. [fedex tracking id: 797481243027]. Indiatimes mailed me that product was delivered and Thanks for shopping with them. I called their help desk asking for the same and they are saying that message was wrong and my money will be refunded [not sure if they will as they are saying the same from so many days
I want you you to help me out in getting my money back from Indiatimes and punish them severely for playing with consumers. I am mentally tortured with their updates and irresponsible behavior. They never let me speak with their higher management. Also, fedex deserves the punishment for updating wrong status to help their partners.
