Dear Sir,

I am a customer of BSNL EXCEL mobile (+919433387474) . This is to inform you that I have registered for DND Ref No. C1009072419 and I received the confirmation from BSNL on 26th Sept 2007 for the same.

But, these promotional SMS s have never stopped to my mobile and I have been receiving these SMS’s even now.

I have reported to your office before about these promotional SMS from banks and other organizations and I am not sure, whether you (BSNL) have taken any action on the same or not. But unfortunately, till now I have been receiving continuously every day many SMS’s for promotion of various things like tourism, medical, jobs, ringtones, astrology and other items.

I have registered for DND, so that I will not be disturbed for these promotional messages from banks and other companies. It is too much disturbing for me to receive these SMS even now after almost 16months of registering for DND.

It clearly indicates that you(BSNL) are not at all taking any responsibility to maintain these NDNC registry and I am sure that you(BSNL) have not taken any kind action to avoid to receive these promotional messages (SMS) to my mobile from other companies. Sofar, I have received many SMS from many companies for promotion of their product. Your BSNL company itself is not able to maintain this DND record and how can you expect the other companies to take care of this NDNC and DO NOT DISTURB us.

I look forward for your prompt action and the compensation for the same.

I request you again to ensure that I will not receive any promotional calls/messages on my mobile from now onwards.
