I had purchased a SPICE S-909 mobile phone on 26-09-09. My handset SPICE S-909 is under one year warranty. After it developed some problem in its Slid sound quality suddenly became poor, I submitted it to my nearest customer care centre of SPICE mobile in Aarohi Services in month of Dec’09 .and I had recieved my set in the month of Feb2110. that time the Problem was resloved and after that I had resubmitted it on march2, 2009. due to the mobile key pad was not working on same service center Since then I have visited the customer care store 5 times and after 54 days, there is no sign of my mobile. The storekeeper is denying to provide any information to me regarding the same. He has sent it to Service Center but he is refusing to share any information with me about the status of handset. and accrding to him the parts of my mobile is not available in the company and i had visit the service center ten times, but every times he gave different statement.and he told me that i have recieved my mobile after 15 days. as i want to inform you that I have a post paid conncetion and i am paying the chagers without using the mobile

So, I kindly request you to take immediate steps regarding this case & resolve my problem as early as possible.otherwise I will take it this case to Local Consumer Fourm.Because i am facing a lots of problem without my Mobile. I want the Solution with in 2 days.
My Mobile Cost is Rs. 4450.
