Respected Telecom minister , Sub : Complaint regarding negligence of vodafone staff , Sarabha Nagar , Ludhiana. I want answer why my cell 9915400419 number services has STOPPED on 31/12.2012. This is 100% negligence of your staff which is sitting in sarabha nagar , Ludhiana they entered different name instead of my name .

Concern number is belong to my phone banking, so i am unable to use any phone banking services like fund transfer , phone recharge , check new intimation from banking etc. i have lost communication of my relative circle . my sister and brother living in abroad they are unable to contact me.

Kindly issue same number and 1 lac Rupee for compensation.
