I hereby inform you that i have bought a new desktop pc from itj retail pvt ltd,alwar(rajasthan) before 7 months. now a thechnical problem stuck from last 1 month. when i i have apprised to inform local counter Mr. pavan joshi(o9252017400) told me that all the counters have been closed by the company and when i approach to customer care there was no satisfactory answer.
