I had booked a ticket to Kathmandu-Pokhra for 11.04.2013 and Pokhra-Kathmnadu for 14.04.2013 through “Nepal Tourism Package Limited” through invoice no 01597 dated 08.03.2013. The airlines cancelled its flight from Pokhra-Kathmandu on 14.04.2013 citing bad weather as the reason. The airlines informed that the ticket would be refunded through the booking agency. I intimated the “Nepal Tourism Package Limited” about the same and they agreed to refund me the full booking amount for this ticket. However, I am yet to receive the money from them. I have e- mailed them and made numerous phone calls. Every time the contact person (Ms Ruby Ghai) informs that she will get it done in a day or two but it has not happened yet.
I request you to look in to the issue and help me get the refund and due compensation for this harassment at the hands of “Nepal Tourism Package Limited”. I would also request to levy penalties against ““Nepal Tourism Package Limited” if there is a provision for the same.
