Network Service

At the onset I would want to express the disgust that I have been facing due to Airtel s pathetic
service and babu culture on part of Airtel s executives. We have been experiencing the worst service ever
witnessed in Telecom industry. Since the day we shifted to our Okhla office we have had issues with the
Network reception at our office premises. Dropped calls and Zero Network Reception is still very frequent in
our office. Over the period of 8 months we have contacted the following people for resolution of this issue: 1.
Mr. Dharmendra Tiwari 2. Mr. Anadi Shankar 3. Mr. Inderjeet Dhingra 4. Mr. Abhishek Goswami 5. Mr. Vidur
Chug 6. Mr. Piyush 7. Mr. Gaurav Khosla 8. Mr. Dharmesh Kumar Airtel has conducted numerous site surveys
at our office and has still not been able to address the issue. Mr. Inderjeet Dhingra and Mr. Dharmesh Kumar
suggested that we need to opt for a corporate connection if the issue is to be addressed. We complied in
hope of bringing an end to the misery but 3 months hence we have not even been listed in the corporate
directory. Every person that we spoke to referred us to another person who was even more clueless than the
first. the kind of babudom we experienced at Airtel was not expected of the worst graded Government
departments let alone any corporate with an entity in the business world. The executives at Airtel misled us
into purchasing yet more services to achieve this targets but none responded towards addressing the issue
we faced. We have acted with utmost diligence and have still been patiently tolerating the so called Service.
Airtel executive’s promises have miserably failed a number of times and now they have started acting
indecently just to save their faces.
