I had ordered a product (60 Kg Home Gym Package + 4 Rods + Gloves + Multi Purpose 6 IN 1 WEIGHT BENCH Code: 3516330)on nov 5th 2014 online on shopclues site. The product didn’t delivers,after one month i call the customer care and told them to cancel the order, they did the same and said payment will be transferred within 48 hrs. which is not received yet. And during this one month period i call customer care several time about the product and lastly i cancelled the order.

Firstly i called their customer care several times and that cost money and time(customer care call takes several minutes to connect to their representative), second i paid online same day i placed the order, that money is also due from one month plus interest.
