ISSUES WITH BSNL CONNECTION for quite some time (27610330) BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN BY TELEPHONE TECHNICIANS SO FAR. I HAVE THE LANDLINE CONNECTION 2 FROM BSNL FOR OVER 12 YEARS. I HAVE LOGGED SEVERAL COMPLAINTS BUT NO ONE BOTHERS TO ADDRESS THEM. I DON’T THINK IT IS WORTH A DIME I AM PAYING. EXCEPT THAT YOUR BILL IS ACCEPTED BY GOVT DEPTS. IT TIME EVEN THE GOVT SHOULD STRIP THIS PRIVILAGE OF BSNL, THEN BSNL WILL REALIZE THE HOW MANY CUSTOMER ACTUALLY WANT TO STICK WITH YOU. ITS NOT PERSONAL BUT SEEMS LIKE BSNL HAS BECOME A LIABILITY FOR THE COUNTRY BY NOT PROVIDING THE SERVICES AND CAUSING SO MUCH ON PRODUCTIVITY LOSS FOR THE COUNTRY EVEN AFTER PAYING FOR CONNECTION. IF SOMEONE IS READING THIS AND HAVE GUTS SHOULD CONTACT THE D.E OF MUSHEERABAD AND MAKE HIM TO TAKE SOME ACTION AND PROVIDE AN UPDATE BACK TO YOUR DEPT. ONE MORE THING, THEIR SITE SUCKS, YOU CAN’T EVEN LOG A FEEDBACK DUE TO SITE ISSUES OR POSSIBLY FOOLISH ATTEMPT TO BLOCK CUSTOMER GRIEVENCE, IF THEY DON’T WANT TO LISTER FINE. BUT, CAN THE WORLD STOP COMPLAINING….WHILE THEY LIKE TO SLEEP WITH OUR MONEY UNDER THEIR PILLOW?
