I want to book a new Gas Connection went to the Bharat Gas dealer (Sagar Samrat Gas Agency (Bharat Gas Distrs, ONGC Complex,Phase I, Panvel, Navi Mumbai – 410206)). He is insisting me to purchase gas cylinder along with gas stove and other accessories for Rs 6500 . He told me to either purchase the cylinder with the above conditions only .One more thing that I would like to add in this context is, He said that it would take near about two months to three months (i.e. waiting time is 3 month). I would like to know whether such scarcity really exists or not. I only intend to purchase gas cylinder only. Please look into this matter seriously and do the needful. I shall be grateful for your kind consideration.

I have been mentally tortures and because unavailability of gas ,I am forced to eat unhygienic food outside shops which in turn is affecting my health

I want the gas cylinder at the rate decided by the gas company not by the dealer.Also some suitable monetary compensation in this regard will be appreciated also some legal action should be taken against the dealer so that no other consumer faces the same issue.
