I have mediclaim policy of New India Assurance since last 3 – 4 years. On being advised for an operation, when I approached the hospitals like CALCUTTA MEDICAL RESEARCH INSTITUTE & WOODLANDS, was informed that since the card was not corporate, and individual I am not entitled for cashless insurance. I dont understand how this differentiation is done as I am paying whatever was charged for the cashless treatment just as the corporate patient is getting. Why am I being denied the cashless treatment. Thanks Rajat Sarkar
