My wife was admitted in Woodlands Multispeciality Hospital Limited. for gallstone surgery on 31/12/2013 under cashless facility and hospital billed an amount of Rs. 77936 and Medi Assist India TPA Pvt Ltd(Medi Assist Id: 4001329021) approved only 41242. Then hospital called patient directly and started harassment and medi assist is also not approving the remaining amount. Now my question is where is the cashless facility and why mediassist has given the hospital the affiliation if the hospital is high costly. I paid the remaining amount, otherwise hospital was not releasing her. I want compensation for this harassment and reimbursement of the remaining amount as per policy agreement.
