Claim not paid so for in spite of repeated visits to Br. Office and repeated written reminders not less than 14 to Branch Manager and almost 05 times to Insurers Controlling Offices. At first the then branch manager indicated me to corruptly satisfy surveyor and then send me in writing to satisfy surveyor, whereas all required papers/replies to quarries were already submitted to branch office.

Payment of Sum Insured for T V in question + Up to date interest w.e.f date of loss @ 12% per annum + Penalty for humiliation of a Senior Citizen for so long time.
