I had purchased a pair of black boots from New Lucky shoes in Alaknanda for Rs.1299/- on the 11th of December 2013 and within 6 days its heel broke,as it was under warranty for 45 days i went to the shop on 23rd December 2013 for repair and was told it needed just a mere pasting job and asked to come in 3-4 days i visited the shop on 28th and after making me wait for 25 minutes they told me to come next day, i went after 2 days again and then again i was told to come on the 1st i still did not get the shoes and they made me wait for a while. Finally i told them that i will visit the next day on the 02/01/2014 and if i dont get my shoes back i want my whole money refunded. i still gave them an extra day just so i could get my shoes back but finally today on the 3rd of January 2013 after making me wait again for 30-45 minutes they told me to take a credit note and buy something else. I do not want to buy anything else and now i don’t want to have anything to do with this shop hence i want my full money refunded and after arguing for 10-15 minutes i left the shop.

I would like my whole money refunded of Rs.1299/- and some compensation for my 4 visits and their wastage of my time and being inconsiderate and disrespectful.
