My name is siddhartha chauhan,i brought micromax a116 hd phone on 19 april 2013.my phone starts malfunctioning within 1 week.its screen stops responding on my touch.it stops responding.then i put it to micromax authorized service center at noida sector-18.there i met a person named wilson,he took my phone and did software update and gave me back.but phone still is defected.i again go there but again they are unable to repair it.at third time they submitted my phone on 30-5-2013.they haven’t returned my phone till todays date(15-6-13) despite many call to micromax customer care and physical visits to satyam communication noida sector -18 ,which is micromax service center.they are not supportive at all.i am facing a big problem now.they are not telling me the exact date when i will be getting my phone back.that is so painful.i have appeared many times at satyam communication.i have called many times micromax service center but things are not working.due to all this,i have also purchased a new phone.

As i have submitted my phone at satyam communication noida sector -18 ,which is micromax service center.i have appeared many times there physically.due to this i am getting frustrated and fell like tortured mentally and physically.i missed my precious lectures as i am a student and my each class cost very much high.i have to travel a lot to reach service center.i have invested 14,500 rupees micromax a116 hd and buy its cover of rupees 500 and screen guard of rupees 300.and invested on travelling a lot.i brought brand new phone which is defected.it does not stop working due to hardware damage by me.its was due to some manufacturer defect.

I want that micromax should pay me the amount i have invested on that phone purchase,screen guard, cover and travelling and mental torture i got due to these things.i want they should do some immediate action.
