I purchased a Nokia handset on 2nd Feb-09. It developed the problem of screen blacking out . I handed over the hanhset to the service centre on 9th May-09. Today they say they exepct the handset to be repaired by 6th June-09.
Now this product contains a manufacturing defect but still the company is not providing me with a new handset . Altough the product is under warranty period.
I have got fed up following up with Nokia also registered a complaint with the the reference number of complaint ID is 2-41I46D.
Can you please initiate necessary steps to get this issue resolved.
