I purchased Su-kam UPS Office Manager on 02/Aug/2012 invoice no. M-RI/37470 for Rs.1677. When I started it at home, it would not start. Then i complained to company. Then replaced its card in about 20 days. It worked well for some days. Then it again started disturbing. When light goes, pc automatically restarts, it means it gives a cut in power supply. I complained to them several times & they end their representative Mr. Tahir but he was unable to solve this problem.

Ups started disturbing. When light goes, pc automatically restarts, it means it gives a cut in power supply. My 1 TB hard disk corrupted due to this power cut.

I want my Rs. 1677 to be back at the earliest & compensated for my hard disk which was corrupted due to this UPS.
