Dear Sir,

I purchased Maruti swift vxi from Karlo show room at Boring road patna on 17th of march 2010. After 12 hours of purchased car overheating,gasket burned,starting problem, then i handover car to Maruti workshop at Karlo workshop kankarbagh. but still car is in workshop last two month. Several times i requested to change me Maruti. After that they changed new engine three days before. but still have same problem.And they not taking serious to replace my car. we are suffering two much problem without my car.
