I am raising a complaint against Next Retail India Limited for false commitments false promises, misbehavior and lack of knowledge. I am quoting certain names of the employees to whom I have interacted in the recent past. Please keep me in loop and inform me about the actions taken against my complaint. I have tried searching the e-mail address of the CEO of Next Retail India Ltd but was unable to find it so I am reporting this to you. I have forwarded this message to customercare@next.co.in already but didnt got a reply from them. This is again a very casual behavior from the organisation which is not at all accepted. I am Mudit Gandhi (India), Mob No +919899112696, and I have ordered Remington D50150 Hair Dryer on 29th December 2013. The order number was 100077339. I was promised that the product will be delivered within 5-7 working days. But till today I haven’t got any confirmation mail from next about the product and the late delivery. This is a very serious mistake and I am very disappointed. On 4th January 14, I had a word with the senior executive Saurabh Sharma around 17:00 hrs from my aforesaid mobile number. i am very disappointed after seeing their behavior. He has quoted a wrong information to me that the product is not in stock but it was showing in stock. He had later apologized for the same mistake. On 4th January 14, itself I had a call back from the backhand department.

The name of the concerned person was Hemant Raina. He misbehaved a lot while on call. The time of the call was 18:24 hrs and after that he disconnected the call in between and called me back (after filing a request) around 19:00 hrs. He again gave me a false information that 31st of December 2014 was not a business day. Whereas he also later committed that he was wrong and 31st is a business day. It is my request that the three conversations what I had on 4th Jan should be recollected and analysed by the top most authority of next retail india ltd. and mailed to me also.

I wanted this product urgently for some personal reasons and I had to face a lot of difficulty due to the irresponsibility of NEXT RETAIL INDIA LTD. I had blocked my money for no reason for which I was getting very good returns. Also, now I have to pay more money to get the same product which I was getting earlier at a very genuine price.
