Sir we purchase videcon 3D tv from videcon brand store NEXT vashi navi mumbai with 3year warranty. After some month we purchase 3D blue ray player for our 3D tv that time we found our tv was not support 3D media then we complaint to same to the store so many time first they denied to solved but after they took our tv and plaer for resolved the issues but they cant solved. And we found that the product sold by such big brand its not correct product we are cheated .please do the needful
