I purchased a Nexus 5 mobile on 15th Jan 14. From past one month I ve been facing issues with the handset on a regular basis. The phone gets switched off at times on its own and doesn’t start again. Every time, I immediately contacted the LG service centre ( phone no: 04064640xxx) and each time, they detected water formation inside the mobile. I requested them to check the source of water whether moisture is being formed inside the device due to some technical fault or the battery is leaking. The personnel at the service centre refused to check and blamed me for the water damage continuously. They re asking me Rs. 8000/- for repairing my mobile. The handset is still under warranty. I ve shown the warranty card & purchase-bill at the service centre too. My mobile IMEI NO.: 352136-05-0295744, Now I want my handset to be replaced immediately since I ve already faced too many issue with the same. I have already lodged this complaint earlier on LG CUSTOMER CARE PORTAL on 26 Jul 2014 & 14 Aug 2014 also but except one auto generated reply that my complaint has been forwarded to LG Customer Service no other response has been received from them till date. This shows a highly indifferent attitude towards customers from LG Customer Service. I request a reasonable compensation.
