purchased Nexus 5 on 11/03/14. From the second day itself its touch screen is not working in a proper manner.Sometimes it doesn’t respond after multi touch also.This is my first Cell Phone purchase from LG.I trusted this brand and hence i invested Rs 33000 for it, but seriously now i feel as if i have been cheated. The phone sometimes behave in an improper way, the screen goes flickering & various application automatically open up & the cell freezes. From the day 1 when i purchased this cell phone me tensed and it has not worked a single day in a proper manner.Could you Justify me that after spending Rs.33000 i got this kind of a product. Please arrange me for a refund or replace my product with a new genuine one. LG is such a big brand name and i hope due to this problem you will not make your reputation bad in a customer’s mind so that he will hesitate in future to buy a LG product.
