Loan was taken by NGO from SBI, CP, Delhi to build Cancer Hospital at disrict level in Raj in 2007. Account was declared NPA by SBI in 2009. Repeated attempts of repayment by sale of mortgaged property was not allowed.Rs 50 lacs cheque was returned twice by these officers from Nov 2014- jan 2015 inspite of the fact that OTS was discussed in Bank Adalat. Repeated attempts to know the reason for rejection of OTS by committee through RTI has failed. Also, these officials on the pretext of having their own client who could buy the hospital at higher value had lead to withdrawal of our investor. RTI had failed to reveal the name of this elusive buyer.

Action against corrupt officials( CGM MR Krishan from Mumbai, GM Mr Ohri, DGM MR K.B Sharma, AGM: Mr Praveen Jain) because they have ulterior motive in auctioning the property as all know this is tedious process and might take long time and release of our personal property at Rohini, New Delhi along with FDR of 16 lacs. Bank can keep the cancer hospital with 8 acres land and all plant and machinery
