National health organisation, (Green Chilli Marketing limited,Bangalore payment through city bank credit card vide invoice no NHO 1111004Dt 02/111/12 Rs.6900/-Four member family health card ,before NHO officer given details of exist Hospital at Vadodara but now they are given answer no facility at vadodara and not attend my phone call , three email send but no reply till to date so i demanding of Rs 6900/- refund order , To do the needful action against NHO Mahendra chauhan,Vadodara
